We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and to many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may vary depending on specific situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be clearly stated before the payment page.

Note: For certain regions including Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka, only Express Shipping is available. This may change due to unpredictable events such as pandemics, wars, or other unforeseen circumstances.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

CrystalX offers three shipping options:

Economy Shipping → Free for most countries/regions (on orders over $15).

Standard Shipping → Free for most countries/regions (on orders over $15).
Includes: United States, United Kingdom, most European Union countries, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan.

Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx) → $10–$40 USD (excluding tax) depending on your country.
Free Express Shipping for orders over $500 USD.

Important Notes

Shipping fees exclude import duties, taxes, or additional processing fees that may apply in your country. CrystalX is not responsible for such charges.

If customs/taxes are refused by the buyer, shipping fees will still be deducted from any refund.

Some parcels marked “returned to sender” may be destroyed by customs/post offices when taxes are unpaid. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Standard Shipping via YunExpress includes tax for some countries. However, CrystalX will not cover additional administrative or handling fees charged locally by courier companies or customs.

For certain remote areas, extra charges may apply for Express Shipping. Customers will be contacted before shipment if additional payment is required.

How Long Does It Take After Placing an Order?

Import Taxes & Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for all import/custom duties and processing fees. If customs/tax fees are refused and delivery is rejected, shipping costs will still be deducted from refunds.

In some countries (e.g., Brazil, Chile), a personal tax ID is required for customs clearance.

When Delivery May Fail

The customer is responsible for failed deliveries in cases such as:

Incorrect/insufficient address or phone number.

Recipient unreachable during delivery attempts.

Refusal to sign for delivery.

Refusal to pay customs/tax charges.

Failure to provide customs documentation.

Opting for “no-signature delivery” and parcel lost/damaged.

Negligence or absence during delivery leading to theft/missing parcels.

Order Support & After-Sales Help

Upon receiving your parcel, please check the contents carefully before signing. Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video.

Subject line with issue summary.

Order number and clear explanation of the problem.

Photos/videos showing the issue, with packaging and shipping details visible.

Once verified, CrystalX will arrange for a replacement, partial refund, or full refund (case by case).

How Do I Cancel an Order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed or shipped. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

During weekends or promotions, processing may be delayed by 3–5 days due to high order volume.

Tracking Orders

Customers receive an order confirmation email after purchase. A tracking email is sent once the parcel is shipped. Orders can be tracked online via the provided tracking number.
